Our guidelines for pickup and delivery services.

At JM's Bakeshop, we want your baked goods to reach you in perfect condition. Please review our policies below regarding pickup and delivery.
1. Pickup Orders
We operate primarily on a pickup basis. Once your order is confirmed and ready for collection, you will receive a notification via SMS or email.
- Pickup Location: Manila, Philippines (specific address provided upon order confirmation).
- Pickup Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Please ensure you bring a valid ID and your order confirmation number when collecting your items.
2. Delivery Options
While our primary model is pickup, we do offer delivery for select cake orders within Metro Manila.
- Delivery Coverage: We currently deliver within specific zones in Metro Manila. Delivery availability is determined at the time of order placement.
- Delivery Fee: Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size. This will be clearly stated in your final quotation.
- Processing Time: Custom cake orders require a minimum lead time of 3-5 days. Ready-made items may be available for same-day or next-day delivery depending on stock.
3. Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We will coordinate with you to find a delivery window that works best for your event. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the designated time.
4. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the recipient is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect, the order will be returned to our bakery. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.
5. Handling of Perishable Goods
Cakes and other perishable items are fragile. We take great care in packaging our products. However, once the product has been handed over to the customer or the delivery rider, JM's Bakeshop is not liable for any damage caused during transport or due to improper handling by the customer.
